Supported in part by the UF-FSU Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA), the FSU Health Community Engagement provides all levels of investigators with a range of services, resources, and guidance to assist with collaboration with community and research. The multidisciplinary backgrounds of the FSU Health Community Engagement team translate into diverse research expertise including public health, qualitative, clinical, and community-engaged research.
Community engagement builds sustainable relationships through trust and collaboration, strengthening community well-being. The process should be enduring, equitable, and culturally sensitive to all participants, with a shared goal of addresssing the concerns of the community
